This video shows how to rebuild an S&S Carburetor on the bench. Super E and G Carburetor Replacement Parts. Super E and G carburetors have been produced since 1990 with 1 7/8" (E) and 2 1/16" (G) throats. They are identified by serial numbers stamped on the body above the S&S logo on the front side. The letters 'E' or 'G' are cast on the back side of the carb below the words ";S&S Super". Since 2004 S&S shorty carbs have been fitted with an adjustable main jet air bleed (#13). Changing this jet to a larger size will delay the signal to the main jet, therefore aiding with high speed tuning as described in step 8.
