Locate the fuel pressure test port on the Cobalt engine fuel line. If you need help finding it, refer to the owner's manual for a diagram of the engine. Remove the cap from the test port and attach a standard fuel pressure gauge. Screw the connector on tightly so you get a true reading. Hold the gauge so you can see the dial. If it is at the tank, the fuel line tends to crack on these and drip off of the rock guard. Of course this means changing the fuel pump as the lines are not seperately replaceable. If you are somewhat mechanical, it's a piece of cake. Drain, unhook, drop tank and change. Did mine in about 45 min. Pump is about $270.00.
